IRC Behavior Update

From the February 2017 meeting Daniele was going to discuss Django IRC policy with the Core Team - the core team grinds slowly as usual, but there are no objections to giving new people the appropriate privileges.

DSF Member Elections

Welcome emails were sent and new members were added to the website.

Financial Briefing

Rebecca provided an update on the account reconciliation process.

Internship

Nothing specific to report at this time, will revisit with working group volunteers.

Vote on corporate memberships

New corporate membership applications were submitted by, and unanimously approved for, the following corporate members:

Sponsorship requests

• DjangoGirls Lagos was approved for a $500 sponsorship
• DjangoGirls Sylhet was approved for a $300 sponsorship

Clarification was provided that Core Team Members are automatically DSF Members

PyCon Namibia 2017

Daniele provided an update on the successfull PyCon event in Namibia.
