Membership Changes
Following on from the last meeting, Frank suggested that members nominate up to five people. Currently there are 100 members. Concerns that another 100 members could dilute or destabilize the membership. Suggested it was limited to 20 new members. Frank to email the membership list with proposal.
Noted that the list of members on the website is not up to date.
Accounts
Christophe reported that the Kansas Secretary of State Filing completed. Christophe also noted that 2016 tax return will have to be a full return because contributions were over $50k in the year. Search for an accountant was started, ideally one in Kansas.
DjangoCon Europe
Daniele spoke about the conference and confirmed the dates. Currently there are three venues pencilled in.
Banking
Christophe needs help getting Chase to believe him.

Fundraising
Summary from Christophe, Adrienne has done well at getting sponsors to renew and the administrative work. Suggestions that Adrienne continue this role as a contractor with ~5 hrs a week at the rate in the previous contract. Approved by the board.
Frank said we should recognise Mozilla and JetBrains as corporate sponsors.
Translations
There was a request to sponsor translations of Django content (the website or documentation) in the future. Questions if this was the best way to spend the money. It could be a fundraising or sponsorship opportunity. No interest from the board in this.
Secretary
Andy is stepping down from his role.
