DjangoCon Europe 2023

Deliberated on proposals for hosting DjangoCon Europe in 2023 and made action points to contact authors of selected proposal.

Non-profit for Managing DjangoCon Europe

To set up a self-sustaining non-profit organization for managing DjangoCon Europe -- similar to DEFNA in the case of DjangoCon US.

The Bylaws of the DSF

Revised the bylaws with regards to re-election of board members and the length of their terms. Outcome will be announced and also reflected on the public record of the bylaws.

Corporate Sponsor Improvements

Explore ideas around improving the corporate sponsor experience and raising more money for Django itself (see: https://github.com/django/djangoproject.com/issues/1171)

Django Survey 2022

To ask for feedback from the Django community (via the Django Forum) on questions that should be incorporated into the survey.
