Discussions on Minimum venue size, in person or virtual, What percentage in person would we want to commit to for venue purposes. Who should shoulder deposits in case of continued disruption - DSF or Organizers: Historically organizers use/find nonprofit to do $ side, DSF grants to $5k to kickstart, sponsorship money used for deposits. Arrange call between DEFNA, DjangoCon Europe 2022 organizers

Django Girls merch in DSF shop
The board decided handling the sale proceeds among the different foundations would be difficult. As an alternative the DSF will support Django Girls in setting up a similar shop
